The well-being of older people has rightly become a priority for society.
This physical contact, marked by great kindness and sensitivity, is in my opinion essential to contribute to the mental balance of an elderly person, certainly well surrounded by family, peers and caregivers, but often feeling loneliness and a lack of attention.
Touch has the wonderful power to connect, to comfort, to bring happiness, to harmonize one's being. The approach of Ayurveda, an ancestral Indian science, allows the massage to be adapted to each person, according to their needs.
I suggest that I come to your establishment (retirement home, EHPAD, etc.) in order to bring a moment of well-being and exchange through massage to your residents.
