My philosophy
Choose your practitioner wisely
After an abusive experience in the corporate world and aware that my case was not isolated, I decided to reorient myself with the primary concern of bringing comfort to human beings.
Combining all facets of my professional background (psychology, manual work, decoration, comfort) and my personal and human qualities, massage appeared to me as an obvious choice.
Moreover, convinced that happiness and well-being are contagious, I realized that I could reach an unlimited range of people and contribute to this beautiful virtuous circle.
Since establishing my practice in 2019, it has been enriched by methods that have traveled through the centuries and across the globe. All these traditional arts are true treasures that I am happy to share with you.
I welcome you with kindness, non-judgment, and respect for your integrity and privacy. This atmosphere is essential for feeling confident and fosters receptivity and letting go. In this way, you can fully benefit from the many advantages of your massage.

Choose your practitioner wisely
I find it important, when looking for a practitioner and beyond the care they offer, to see if their approach and values are in line with yours.
Particularly in massage, we show our bodies and get touched. It's very intimate. Also, there will be energy transfers, it is important to deal with a “healthy” and serious practitioner.
Below, you will find the essential points, in my opinion, to take into consideration before making an appointment with a wellness massage practitioner.
I do not have the truth, this question affects the individuality and sensitivity of each person. The key is to make your choice consciously.

2 Trainings
In the field of wellness massage, there is no diploma. It is an unregulated liberal profession.
However, existing serious training courses issue a certificate or certificate of training completion.
My course in the world of well-being:
2007 Bachelor of Psychology, University of Caen
2019 Ayurvedic massage, Tapovan, Paris
2019 Reiki degrees 1, M. Bacot, Ouistreham
2021 Pregnant woman massage, Azenday, Paris
2022 Kobido, Miki School, Paris
2023 Face cupping, A Fleur De Peau, Paris
2023 Magnetism level 1, F. Louvet, Le Fresne-Poret
2024 Sound massage with Tibetan bowls, L’Art Du Toucher, Paris
3 Health
The wellness massage practitioner is not a health professional and will refrain from establishing a diagnosis in relation to a pathology. He also has no therapeutic skills and will therefore neither be able to treat you nor tell you to stop your treatments…
Before each session, he will carry out a quick interview in order to define the type of massage, taking into consideration the person's state of health to ensure that there are no contraindications. Medical advice may be sought if any doubt remains.

4 Quality
Each practitioner practices differently. For my part, I only do 4 massages maximum per day in order to remain qualitative and not exhaust myself physically and energetically and see the massages diminish in quality at the end of the day.
I leave 45 minutes between each appointment for time to discuss, take a break, clean and re-prepare the room, purify the room.
The products I use are natural and purchased in organic stores.

5 Hygiene conditions
Hygiene measures are important for both the massage recipient and the masseur.
Washing hands, short nails, cleaning all equipment after each massage, changing massage sheets, clean clothing...

6 Comfort
The comfort of the recipient is essential. Ultra comfortable and heated table, headrest that adapts to all body shapes, heated room, blanket, soft light, if necessary: cushions under the knees, ankles, head...
